We take great care in preparing and packaging our products to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong, and we’re here to help you in the unlikely event that you’re not fully satisfied with your order.
If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at sashraf@grassgurushalal.com within 24 hours of delivery. We may ask you to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect to help us better understand the issue.
We will either replace the product or issue a refund, depending on the nature and extent of the issue. We may ask you to return the damaged or incorrect product to us, in which case we will cover the cost of shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for products that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect. Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used.
